BHUPINDER SINGH
Founder & Group CEO
Bhupinder Singh is the Founder and Group CEO of InCred Group, which comprises of InCred Financial Services – a new-age, technology led, retail lending platform focused on Personal loan, Educational loan and SME business loan, and InCred Capital, focussed on Wealth Management, Asset Management, Institutional Equity Research & Broking, Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. Responsible for the overall management of the Group, Bhupinder foresees a ‘once in a generation’ opportunity for InCred.
Prior to commencing InCred in early 2016, he co-headed the Investment Banking and Securities division of Deutsche Bank for the Asia Pacific region with USD 3 billion top line and 1750 front office staff. In this role, Bhupinder managed the Bank’s Fixed Income, Equities and Investment Banking divisions and was a member of the global Corporate Banking & Securities’ executive committee. He was also the head of Corporate Finance division for Deutsche Bank in the Asia Pacific region managing the bank’s corporate coverage, investment banking, capital markets, advisory and treasury solutions businesses. Before his tenure with the Deutsche Bank, Bhupinder had also been part of the investment banking teams of Jardine Fleming and DSP Merrill Lynch in Mumbai.
Holding an undergraduate degree in engineering, Bhupinder is an alumnus of the prestigious institution, IIM-Ahmedabad. His professional odyssey has spanned across two stellar decades in the financial services sector. He is not only well-acquainted with the unique requirements and challenges of different geographies but also has a proven track-record of identifying and building successful business across Credit/Fixed Income, Investment Banking and Equities.
MRINAL SINGH
CEO and CIO, Asset Management
Mrinal has over 18 years of rich experience in Investment Management & Equity Research. Formerly Deputy CIO – Equities of ICICI Prudential AMC, amongst the top fund management houses in India, where he was instrumental in setting up research processes, designing product strategy as well as for talent development.
Mrinal has actively managed assets of INR 25,000 crores including some of the largest flagship funds for ICICI Prudential. Under his management the Value Discovery fund grew from INR 1,500 crores to INR 20,000 crores
Mrinal has a track record of delivering industry leading returns through market cycles and has been awarded and recognized at various industry forums & consistently rated highly by Morningstar.

ADITYA SOOD
Aditya in his career of over 17 years has had experiences in equity markets, largely spanning fund management and research. He has spent part of his career gaining experience in managing emerging market equities in London.
In his earlier role was heading the investment function of the ICICI Prudential AMC Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and was designated Fund Manager responsible for managing PMS portfolios totalling INR4000 crores.
He has also worked in the capacity of fund manager for offshore funds like Sanlam Investment Advisors and First International Group Plc. as well as in the investment function at Religare Enterprises, Sharekhan Securities and HDFC Securities.
ADITYA KHEMKA
Aditya has over 15 years’ experience in Healthcare businesses and investments. He has a rich working experience across the world including in the US, EU, Latin America and in India.
He started his career working with Glenmark Pharma in Brazil and Argentina. He then moved to Lehman Brothers (US) in 2007 and covered US generics companies after which he worked with Nomura (UK) in 2008, covering MNC Pharma companies, and eventually moved to Nomura India in 2011, where he started the coverage of Indian Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining InCred, Aditya was a Healthcare specialist Fund Manager with DSP Mutual Funds (2015-2020).
He adds MSc. (Finance), Post Graduate (Management) from MDI, Gurgaon, CIIA (UK) and CFA (ICFAI) to his accolades.
